INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT:

1. 1. Attested photocopy of valid C.N.I.C.
   2. Attested photocopy of valid Driving License issued from Gujranwala.
   3. Attested photocopy of national passport valid for at least 6 months.
   4. Attested valid visa photocopy.
   5. Attested two (02) photo graphs, one from front and one from backside.
   6. Medical certificate at form “B” from any Registered M.O.
   7. Rs.66 court fee ticket.
   8. Rs.180 Couriers charges.

Note:   Applicant will bring his original C.N.I.C, driving license and passport along with him.
